Enapter AG Secures €12 Million Through Capital Measures

On November 12, 2025, Enapter AG announced capital measures totaling €12 million, supported by institutional anchor shareholders. This initiative aims to strengthen liquidity and support the company's business plan to achieve break-even by 2026. The capital raise includes a subordinated zero-coupon convertible bond worth €9.6 million and a cash capital increase of €2.4 million with subscription rights.

The convertible bond will see mandatory conversion, with an initial price of €1.58 per share, and approximately 1.5 million new shares will be issued to existing shareholders. The two main institutional investors, Svelland Global Trading Master Fund and CVI Investments, committed to the entire transaction volume.

This financial strategy highlights Enapter's drive to reinforce its leading position in AEM technology and contribute to the green hydrogen transition. The company's management is optimistic about maintaining financial stability and achieving operational targets in 2026.
