Declaration of Voting Rights and Share Capital of the EPC Group

Société Anonyme d'Explosifs et de Produits Chimiques has published its recent figures regarding voting rights and share capital, in accordance with regulatory requirements. As of October 14, 2025, the share capital consists of 2,262,830 shares. Theoretical voting rights total 3,574,361, while exercisable voting rights amount to 3,441,478, taking into account 132,883 treasury shares without voting rights.
