Declaration of Voting Rights and Shares of EPC Group as of July 15

SOCIETE ANONYME D'EXPLOSIFS ET DE PRODUITS CHIMIQUES (French Public Limited Company for Explosives and Chemical Products) has disclosed its share capital data as of July 15, 2025, in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements. The group has thus declared a total of 2,262,830 shares comprising its share capital.

Regarding voting rights, the theoretical number stands at 3,573,949, while the total number of exercisable voting rights is 3,440,563. The difference takes into account the 133,386 treasury shares, which are deprived of voting rights.

EPC Groupe, listed on Euronext Paris under the ticker EXPL, is a major player in the explosives, demolition, and recycling sectors. The group employs more than 2,900 people across 44 subsidiaries in 29 countries, with revenue expected to exceed €550 million in 2024.
