Société de la Tour Eiffel: Number of shares and voting rights as of May 31, 2024

The Société de la Tour Eiffel, a public limited company with capital of 83,056,570 euros, has published information concerning the total number of voting rights and shares making up its share capital. This publication follows the provisions of article L233-8 II of the Commercial Code and article 223-16 of the general regulations of the Financial Markets Authority.

As of May 31, 2024, the total number of shares making up the company's share capital amounted to 16,611,314. The number of theoretical voting rights was also 16,611,314. However, the number of voting rights exercisable stood at 16,575,216.
