Société de la Tour Eiffel sells an office building in the Paris region

The Société de la Tour Eiffel announces the sale of the Diagonale Ouest building of 8,300 m² located at 8-14 avenue Gustave Eiffel in Montigny-le-Bretonneux. This building represents less than 2% of its portfolio, which amounted to 528,494 m² as of December 31, 2023. Acquired in 1999, it houses several tenants and a shopping arcade on the ground floor.

Accompanied by the Screeb firm (notary), BNP Paribas and Arthur Lloyd (brokers), the Société de la Tour Eiffel continues to reorganize its portfolio. Since 2022, it has sold a dozen properties with a total value of nearly 200 million euros, or 11% of its portfolio.

Christel Zordan, CEO of the company, emphasizes that this transformation relies on a rigorous rotation of assets to balance renovation needs and certain geographic exposures.
