Société Foncière Lyonnaise (SFL) Publishes Half-Yearly Liquidity Contract Report

On July 3, 2024, Société Foncière Lyonnaise (SFL) disclosed its half-yearly report concerning the liquidity contract it has with Rothschild Martin Maurel. This disclosure follows AMF decision no. 2018-01 of July 2, 2018, which sets an accepted market practice for liquidity contracts.

As of June 30, 2024, SFL had 3,472 shares and €200,488 in cash available. From January 1 to June 30, 2024, 860 buy transactions were executed at a total of 5,099 shares worth €339,913.35. Meanwhile, there were 351 sell transactions covering 4,105 shares worth €277,577.75.

By comparison, at the start of the year, on December 31, 2023, SFL had 2,478 shares and €262,824 in cash. When the liquidity contract was initially signed on March 11, 2019, the resources available were 2,025 shares and €2,092,635 in cash.
