Société Générale crosses thresholds in the capital of ORANGE
By letter received on July 1, 2024, Société Générale informed that it had exceeded the thresholds of 5% of the capital and voting rights of the ORANGE company. This crossing, dated June 26, 2024, brings the bank to hold 163,791,373 ORANGE shares, or 6.16% of the capital and 5.16% of the voting rights.
This excess results from an increase in the holding of shares through assimilation linked to trading activities. The distribution is 59,407,506 shares in actual ownership and 104,383,867 shares by assimilation.
Société Générale's positions include various options and contracts, such as call and put options, equity linked swaps, as well as futures contracts and CFDs covering several million ORANGE shares.
