Société Générale: Half-yearly review of the liquidity contract
Societe Generale published on July 19, 2024 the half-yearly report of its liquidity contract, managed by Rothschild Martin Maurel. As of June 30, 2024, the liquidity account had 15,000 securities and €4,962,098. This contract, signed on August 22, 2011, saw its means adjusted in 2018 to 0 shares and €5,000,000.
During the first half of 2024, the total number of purchase transactions amounted to 3,569, and 3,607 sales transactions. The total volume exchanged stood at 1,256,069 securities purchased for €30,430,429.40 and 1,241,069 titles sold for €30,087,243.69.
It should be noted that the contract was temporarily suspended between May 27 and June 25, 2024 to allow the execution of a share buyback program.
