Soditech announces the availability of preparatory documents for the 2024 AGM

Soditech will hold its Ordinary and Extraordinary General Meeting on June 28, 2024 at 2 p.m., at the Cannes La Bocca head office. The agenda, the draft resolutions and the terms of participation are available on the company's website.

Shareholders can consult these documents in the “Investors” section of the website www.soditech.com. Soditech published the prior notice in the Bulletin of Obligatory Legal Announcements, as well as a notice of meeting in a legal notice newspaper and in the BALO.

Shareholders may request the sending of the documents mentioned in the Commercial Code from the notice of meeting and up to five days before the Meeting. The documents are also available at the company's headquarters for consultation.
