SoftwareOne obtient l'approbation du supplément de prospectus
Le 28 mars 2025, SoftwareOne Holding AG, acteur majeur des solutions logicielles et cloud mondiales, a annoncé l'approbation d'un supplément de prospectus par l'Autorité de surveillance financière norvégienne. Cette opération fait suite à l'offre volontaire de SoftwareOne visant à acquérir Crayon, une importante société d'optimisation informatique basée en Norvège.
Le supplément au prospectus fait suite à la publication des états financiers audités de SoftwareOne pour l'exercice clos le 31 décembre 2024. Il fait partie intégrante de l'offre volontaire recommandée lancée le 14 mars 2025, visant à acquérir toutes les actions Crayon en circulation.
Le prospectus et le supplément sont disponibles en ligne, la période d'offre restant inchangée. Jefferies et Pareto Securities conseillent SoftwareOne, tandis qu'ABG Sundal Collier et Houlihan Lokey assistent Crayon.
