SoftwareOne's 2024 Financial Performance Aligns with Guidance
SoftwareOne Holding AG, based in Stans, Switzerland, reported its unaudited financial results for the full year 2024. Revenue increased by 2.9% in constant currency and 0.6% in reported currency to CHF 1,017 million. However, adjusted EBITDA decreased by 7.6% to CHF 223.4 million, with a margin drop to 22.0%.
The company tackled sales execution issues across certain countries, showing early signs of recovery. A notable cost reduction program exceeded expectations, achieving CHF 58 million in annual savings. As a result, SoftwareOne raised its target to CHF 70 million by Q1 2025.
Looking ahead to 2025, SoftwareOne aims for 2-4% revenue growth and plans to double reported EBITDA compared to 2024. The upcoming voluntary offer for Crayon is projected to finalize by June 2025, promising substantial synergy opportunities.
