Sokoman Minerals Requests Extension for 26.9 Million Warrants
Sokoman Minerals Corp. has announced its application to the TSX Venture Exchange to extend the expiry date of 26,946,423 warrants by twelve months. These warrants were initially distributed as part of a Flow-Through Private Placement finalized in December 2023. Upon approval, 18,942,500 warrants will have a new expiration date of November 29, 2025, and 8,003,923 will expire on December 20, 2025. The exercise price remains CAD$0.13.
The company, a significant landholder in Newfoundland and Labrador, concentrates on its gold projects, including Moosehead and Crippleback Lake. Sokoman also collaborates with Benton Resources on joint ventures like Grey River. Recently, Sokoman and Benton struck a strategic deal with Piedmont Lithium Inc., targeting lithium projects.
