Solid revenue for Française Énergie in the first quarter of 2025
Française Énergie (FDE) announced a turnover of 7.1 million euros for the first quarter of the 2025 financial year, ending on September 30, 2024. This result includes the participation of the Drin Energija entity. Electricity production represents 3.6 million euros, despite a context of normalization of energy prices.
The company is focusing its development on new cogeneration plants in Hauts-de-France and Belgium, as well as on the commissioning of a photovoltaic plant in Norway by the end of 2024. FDE is also undertaking a recovery of its gas business, disrupted by infrastructure constraints. On the European level, the acquisition of Greenstat helped to strengthen revenues.
Among future projects, Française Énergie is preparing a Renewable Natural Gas production unit in Stavanger targeting 100 GWh annually. Its commitment to renewable hydrogen in Agder puts Greenstat in a good position for the energy transition. The company reaffirms its ambitious growth targets for 2030.
