Sopra Steria Group Approves All Resolutions at 2024 General Meeting

Paris, 21 May 2024 – The Sopra Steria Group held its Combined General Meeting of shareholders today, chaired by Pierre Pasquier, Chairman of the Group.

All 34 resolutions proposed by the Board of Directors were approved by the shareholders. Details of the voting results are available on the Group's website under the investors section.

A total of 20,547,701 shares were present or represented at the meeting, with a voting participation of 81.90%. Among the resolutions, those involving financial statements, executive compensations, and appointments were notably approved by significant majorities.

The meeting confirmed the approval of the consolidated financial statements for 2023, the granting of discharge to the Board, and the appointment of new auditors, among other motions. These resolutions reflect shareholder support for the Group’s ongoing strategies and governance practices.
