Starwood European Real Estate Finance Ltd: Results of AGM

On June 13, 2024, Starwood European Real Estate Finance Limited (SWEF) held its Eleventh Annual General Meeting. During the meeting, all resolutions were approved by the shareholders.

Key resolutions included receiving the Annual Report and Consolidated Financial Statements for 2023, approving the Directors’ Remuneration Report, and re-electing directors John Whittle, Shelagh Mason, and Charlotte Denton. Additionally, Gary Yardley was elected as a new director.

Other resolutions passed included re-appointing PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as auditors and authorizing the directors to agree on their remuneration. The company’s dividend policy and authorization to make market purchases of its own shares were also approved.
