Status of LNA Santé shares and voting rights as of September 30, 2024

As of September 30, 2024, LNA Santé presented its distribution of capital and voting rights. The total number of shares outstanding amounts to 10,709,416. Regarding voting rights, the gross total reaches 15,863,367. However, the exercisable voting rights, i.e. those actually usable after deduction of shares deprived of voting rights, amount to 15,380,447.
