Status of Robertet’s share capital and voting rights as of February 26, 2025

Robertet, listed on Euronext Paris (Compartment A), has published updated information regarding its share capital and voting rights. As of February 26, 2025, the total number of shares comprising the share capital amounts to 2,169,297. This number includes investment certificates (ICs).

The total theoretical number of voting rights is 3,033,942, but after deduction of the shares deprived of voting rights, i.e. 75,000 shares, the actual number of voting rights available stands at 2,958,942.

This information is transmitted as part of the financial transparency obligations under Article L.233-8 II of the French Commercial Code and Article 222-12-5 of the AMF General Regulations.
