Status of voting rights and Getlink shares as of August 31, 2024
On 10 September 2024, Getlink SE published an update regarding its share capital and the number of existing voting rights. The company reports a share capital consisting of 550 million ordinary shares, each with a nominal value of €0.40.
According to this update, the total number of theoretical voting rights amounts to 709,664,601. This figure includes shares deprived of voting rights. The number of exercisable voting rights, excluding shares deprived of voting rights, is 701,169,732.
It is important to note that in accordance with Article 11 of the company's articles of association, a double voting right is granted to ordinary shares registered in the name of the same shareholder for two years.
