STEF: Details of voting rights as of December 31, 2024
STEF has published the total number of voting rights and shares as of December 31, 2024. This transaction is in line with the requirements of Article L.233-8 of the French Commercial Code and Article 223-16 of the General Regulations of the Financial Markets Authority.
STEF's share capital is composed of 12,850,000 shares. In respect of these shares, the theoretical number of voting rights amounts to 22,820,094. However, the number of exercisable voting rights is slightly lower, with a total of 22,508,330. This difference is explained by the shares deprived of voting rights, in particular due to treasury holdings.
