STEF: Voting rights as of May 31, 2026
On June 22, 2026, STEF released information regarding the total number of voting rights and shares. This announcement complies with the requirements of Article L.233-8 of the French Commercial Code and Article 223-16 of the General Regulations of the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF). As of May 31, 2026, the company's share capital consisted of 12,850,000 shares.
The total number of theoretical voting rights is 22,889,864. However, the number of exercisable voting rights is 22,697,052. This difference is due to shares deprived of voting rights, in particular shares held in treasury.
