STEICO SE Announces New Appointments to Administrative Board

STEICO SE has appointed two new independent members to its Administrative Board, following a resolution by the Register Court of Munich dated February 24, 2025. Prof. Dr. h.c. Heinrich Köster and Dr. Alexander Thomas join the board, succeeding Udo Schramek and Katarzyna Schramek.

Prof Köster, President of Rosenheim Technical University of Applied Sciences, is a respected figure in timber construction, recognized with the Order of Merit of the Federal Republic of Germany. He previously served on STEICO's board from 2019 to 2024, and he is eager to contribute again to the company's growth.

Dr. Thomas, a partner at an international commercial law firm, specializes in stock corporation and capital market law. He intends to leverage his expertise to benefit the company and represent shareholders' interests, especially those of small shareholders.

The court's appointments are valid until the next Annual General Meeting of STEICO SE. The company anticipates these changes will bolster its growth prospects.
