STEMMER IMAGING AG: CEO Arne Dehn Steps Down

Arne Dehn, the CEO of STEMMER IMAGING AG, has announced his resignation after 6.5 years in office. He will officially step down on August 31, 2025. Under Dehn's leadership, the company transitioned from a distribution entity to a globally recognized name in the Machine Vision industry, expanding operations across Europe, North, and Latin America.

Arne Dehn successfully guided the company through a leveraged buyout by MiddleGround Capital and its subsequent delisting. John Stewart, the Chairman of the board, expressed gratitude towards Dehn for laying the foundation for the company's future growth.

From September 1, 2025, Paul Scholten will take over as interim CEO. The leadership transition is expected to be smooth, with support from CFO Per Sundqvist and the management team.
