Stepstone Group Extends Sponsorship with FC Viktoria Berlin's Women's Team

The digital recruiting platform, Stepstone, has announced the continuation of its main sponsorship with FC Viktoria Berlin’s first women's football team until the summer of 2025. This decision marks another year of partnership, aiming to support the team’s ambition to reach the 1st Women's Bundesliga within five years. Stepstone has been a steadfast supporter of the team for the past two years, alongside notable figures such as Verena Pausder and Franziska van Almsick. The company’s CFO, Thorsten Otte, expressed their commitment to fostering equal opportunities in sports.

Under the sponsorship, significant strides have been made towards professionalizing the women's team, resulting in improved facilities, medical care, and the introduction of fair salaries - accomplishments that head coach Dennis Galleski deeply appreciates.
