Sterling Metals Corp. Signs Exploration Agreement with Garden River First Nation

Sterling Metals Corp. has announced a new exploration agreement with the Garden River First Nation. This deal, finalized on September 8, 2025, aims to foster a cooperative relationship regarding Sterling's 100%-owned Soo Copper project in Batchewana Bay, Ontario, and any additional mining claims within GRFN traditional territory.

Under the agreement, Sterling Metals will issue 210,000 common shares upon execution, subject to a four-month hold period. Approval from regulatory bodies, including the TSX Venture Exchange, remains pending.

Additionally, Sterling Metals has entered agreements with Plutus Invest & Consulting GmbH and GRA Enterprises LLC for investor relations services. Plutus will focus on the European market, while NIA will leverage its communications channels to promote Sterling's growth.
