STMicroelectronics Details Recent Share Buyback Activities

On February 24, 2025, STMicroelectronics, a global semiconductor company, announced the progress of its common share repurchase program. Originally announced on June 21, 2024, the program was approved by shareholders on May 22, 2024. Between February 17 and February 21, 2025, the company repurchased 2,500 ordinary shares on Euronext Paris. This represents 0.0003% of its issued share capital at an average price of EUR 24.6355, totaling EUR 61,588.85.

The purpose of the buyback aligns with obligations for share option programs and other employee-related share allocations. These shares may be kept as treasury stock or used for any lawful purpose if not needed for the original intent. After these purchases, STMicroelectronics holds 15,901,011 treasury shares, approximately 1.7% of its issued share capital.
