STMicroelectronics Set to Propose Key Resolutions at 2025 AGM
STMicroelectronics, a leader in the semiconductor industry, has outlined key resolutions for its 2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) in Amsterdam on May 28. The proposed resolutions include the adoption of statutory accounts for 2024, prepared according to IFRS, and the distribution of a $0.36 cash dividend per share over four quarters.
Additional proposals involve the appointment and reappointment of Supervisory Board members, including Werner Lieberherr, and the retention of PricewaterhouseCoopers as external auditors for subsequent financial and sustainability reporting. The company also seeks AGM approval for stock-based compensations for top executives and the capability to repurchase and issue shares, alongside discharges for board members.
The meeting record date is slated for April 30, 2025. Further developments and nominations will be communicated post the Supervisory Board's ongoing evaluations.
