STMicroelectronics Updates on Share Repurchase Program
STMicroelectronics N.V., a leader in semiconductor solutions, has disclosed the latest data on its ongoing common share repurchase program. From May 26 to May 30, 2025, the company repurchased 324,000 ordinary shares on the Euronext Paris market. This corresponds to 0.04% of its issued share capital, at a collective cost of EUR 7,268,511.30.
The buyback initiative, approved in 2024, is designed to satisfy obligations from share option programs and allocations for employees or management. Shares may also be retained for future lawful purposes if not needed for their primary allocation.
After these buybacks, STMicroelectronics holds 19,993,813 treasury shares, representing about 2.2% of its issued share capital. Detailed transaction records are available on the company's investor page.
