Storage Caves to Introduce Luxury Garage Storage in Buford, Georgia

Storage Caves is set to begin construction on a luxury garage storage facility in Buford, Georgia. Located at 6034 Lanier Islands Pkwy, this 8-acre development aims to cater to various needs, including RVs, boats, and car storage, as well as business inventory and personal "man caves." This initiative marks a significant expansion for Storage Caves in the Atlanta area.

The upcoming facility in Lanier Islands will feature 196 drive-up, large garage units, equipped with state-of-the-art security systems, climate-controlled environments, and spacious storage bays. These features are designed to meet the high standards of individuals looking for premium storage solutions for their valuable assets. The garage sizes planned range from 14' x 40' to 15' x 45'.

Jim Stepanian, CEO of Storage Caves, expressed enthusiasm about bringing the luxury garage storage concept to Buford, highlighting the goal of becoming the leading RV, boat, and auto storage provider in the Atlanta area. Stepanian also revealed plans to expand Storage Caves' presence by introducing more facilities by the end of 2025.

With a convenient location near Atlanta and Lake Lanier, the new Storage Caves facility is anticipated to fulfill the demand for high-quality, secure storage options. The project's completion is expected by December 2024.
