STRATACACHE Acquires German Digital Retail Service and Integration Company MasterPoint
STRATACACHE announced the acquisition of MasterPoint, a digital signage systems integration, operation, and field services company based in Cologne, Germany. This acquisition expands STRATACACHE's European footprint, complementing previous acquisitions in Belgium, the Netherlands, Finland, and the United Kingdom.
The acquisition strengthens STRATACACHE's field service delivery in Europe's largest economy and supports large-scale digital signage network operations of Scala. The company aims to meet the needs of global brands investing in retail digital experiences post-pandemic.
MasterPoint's experienced team will offer strategy, planning, deployment, and localized support in Germany and the Benelux region. This move aligns with STRATACACHE's global strategy to support leading global brands efficiently.
STRATACACHE plans to add service locations in Hamburg, Munich, and Dresden in 2024-2025 to further enhance service capacity in the German market. STRATACACHE Capital continues to review numerous acquisition deals to expand its smart digital signage offerings.
