STRATEC SE Expands its Board of Management

On August 27, 2025, STRATEC SE, based in Birkenfeld, Germany, announced the appointment of Tanja Bücherl as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Bücherl will officially join the board on November 1, 2025, succeeding Oliver Albrecht, who served as interim CFO since August 2024. Albrecht will assist during the transition period in November.

Bücherl brings two decades of financial experience from an internationally operating firm. Previously, as Senior Vice President at GRAMMER AG, she oversaw finance-related departments. Her expertise in efficiency and cost management is expected to enhance STRATEC’s strategic growth.

Prof. Dr. Georg Heni, Supervisory Board Chair, and CEO Marcus Wolfinger both expressed confidence in Bücherl’s appointment, citing her experience as pivotal for advancing the Finance department and supporting the company's future growth trajectory.
