Strategic acquisition of 1000mercis by Positive YmpacT

Positive YmpacT and the founders of 1000mercis have signed a sale agreement to acquire the stake held by Moneta Asset Management. This decision involves a public withdrawal offer at a price of 30 euros per share.

The transaction, announced on October 16, 2024, would allow Positive YmpacT, already holding 75.62% of the capital of 1000mercis, to reach 90% of the capital, thus meeting the conditions for a compulsory withdrawal.

This offer provides shareholders with a liquidity opportunity at a significant premium to the last listed price. Completion is subject to approval by the Autorité des Marchés Financiers, with a filing expected by the end of October 2024.
