Strategic and directional restructuring for AVENTADOR (ex ALGREEN)
Paris, France – On August 29, 2024, AVENTADOR (formerly ALGREEN) announced major changes following the general meeting of shareholders on August 27, 2024. These changes include a restructuring of the shareholding structure and an overhaul of the management bodies.
The AMC Uplift High Yield European Growth fund is now the reference shareholder with 46.31% of the shares. The remainder is held by the public. As a result, new managers have been appointed:
General Director: Ms. Laetitia Maffei. Chairman of the Board of Directors: Mr. Gilles-Emmanuel Trutat.
The other members of the board are: Mr. Patrice Blandin, Mr. Ali Kaptanoglu, and Mr. Patrick Marché. The new management plans a development strategy focused on long-term participations in profitable companies in Europe.
The company also changed its name to AVENTADOR and moved its headquarters to 10 rue de la Paix, Paris.
