Straumann Group Announces Changes in Executive Management Board

Straumann Group has revealed executive management board changes effective in 2025. Yang Xu, Chief Financial Officer, will leave the company in May to pursue external opportunities. The search for her successor is underway. Additionally, Grant Bester will join as the Executive Commercial Leader for North America, beginning his role in April. Bester’s appointment follows his tenure at Polaris Group and Stryker, where he held senior positions.

Guillaume Daniellot, CEO, expressed gratitude to Yang Xu for her contributions and welcomed Bester, highlighting his leadership qualities and potential impact on the North American region. Aurelio Sahagun, presently responsible for North America, will aid in the transition before departing at the end of March. Sahagun has been commended for his leadership over the past four years.
