Successful capital increase for DRONE VOLT
On July 31, 2024, DRONE VOLT announced the success of its capital increase, raising 1.7 million euros via the issue of 262,542,593 new shares at a price of €0.0065 each. The new shares will be listed from August 2, 2024.
Marc Courcelle, Managing Director, expressed his gratitude to investors for their support in a difficult stock market context. This will allow the company to continue its commercial development.
The overall demand reached 104,774,848 new shares, divided into irreducible, reducible and free subscriptions. Subscription commitments covered a maximum amount of €1,707,000.
The funds will be used to reassure major contractors and cover working capital needs. The settlement-delivery and admission of the New Shares on Euronext Growth Paris are scheduled for August 2, 2024.
