Successful First Annual General Meeting of Circus SE: Shareholders Approve All Items

Hamburg, August 16, 2024 – Circus SE (Xetra: CA1) held its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on August 16, 2024, with 67.18 percent of the share capital represented. The meeting included eight agenda items, all of which received strong approval from the shareholders, reinforcing their confidence in the Managing Director and Board of Directors for the 2023 financial year.
