Successful Funding Round Completed by Beelivery

REYKJAVÍK, ICELAND / ACCESSWIRE / June 12, 2024 / GreenBank Capital (CSE:GBC)(OTCMKTS:GRNBF)(FRA:2TL) has announced that its investee company, Beelivery, has successfully raised £1,000,474 through a new funding round. This was achieved by issuing 296 shares at a price of £3,379.98 per share.

GreenBank's ownership of 780 shares in Beelivery now translates to a value of approximately £2,636,384, or CAD $4,635,504. With 125,271,001 outstanding shares, GreenBank's investment in Beelivery contributes around CAD $0.037 to its Net Asset Value (NAV).
