SUEZ Reports Continued Growth in H1 2024
SUEZ has reported a revenue increase for the first half of 2024, with figures reaching €4.550 billion compared to €4.370 billion in H1 2023. EBITDA also rose to €0.733 billion from €0.632 billion last year.
Revenue from the Water division stood at €1.664 billion, while the Recycling and Recovery division saw a boost to €2.907 billion. Net debt increased slightly to €5.326 billion, aligning with SUEZ's growth strategy.
New contracts have bolstered the company's international presence. These include waste collection in Lyon and La Rochelle, a wastewater treatment plant in La Roche-sur-Yon, and extensive waste contracts in the UK.
SUEZ also secured significant projects in Asia, featuring desalination and wastewater treatment facilities in the Philippines, Taiwan, and China.
