Summary of delegations for capital increases at GROUPE JAJ

GROUPE JAJ has published a summary table of delegations regarding capital increases, currently in force.

According to Article L. 225-37-4 of the Commercial Code, no delegation has been granted by the General Meeting of shareholders to the Board of Directors for capital increases under Articles L. 225-129- 1 and L. 225-129-2 of the same code.
