Superdry plc: Last Day of Dealings and Matched Bargain Facility
Superdry plc (Superdry) announced the final day of trading for its ordinary shares on the London Stock Exchange’s Main Market is 12 July 2024. The delisting will take effect at 8:00 a.m. on 15 July 2024. This follows shareholder approval at a meeting held on 14 June 2024.
From 15 July 2024, Superdry’s ordinary shares will be available for trading on the JP Jenkins securities matching platform. This platform facilitates the buying and selling of unlisted or unquoted assets via a matched bargain basis. Shareholders can trade through their stockbroker during normal business hours.
