SUSS MicroTec Invests €45 Million in New Innovation Center
SUSS MicroTec, a prominent semiconductor industry player, has announced a strategic investment of approximately €45 million in a new application and development center in Karlsruhe, Germany. This significant investment aims to enhance the company's innovation and development capabilities in the fast-growing Advanced Packaging market, which is crucial due to the demand for AI applications, high-performance computing, and high-bandwidth memory technologies.
The center will function as a collaborative platform, fostering interaction among customers, research partners, and development teams.
