Swedish Electromagnet Invest AB Announces Early Bond Redemption

On 11 July 2025, Swedish Electromagnet Invest AB (publ) ("SEM") confirmed its intention to redeem its outstanding bond loan 2018/2026 ahead of schedule. The early redemption is linked to the completion of a transaction involving Procuritas and management shareholders divesting all shares in SEM to PHINIA Inc. The crucial approval from the Inspectorate of Strategic Products under Swedish FDI rules has been secured, enabling this process.

SEM has issued a conditional notice to bondholders, indicating that redemption will occur around 11 August 2025, subject to transaction closure expected on 1 August 2025. Bonds will be redeemed at 106% of the nominal value plus accrued interest. Further details will be communicated through a press release upon confirmation of conditions and redemption date.
