Swiss Life REF (CH) ESG Swiss Properties Reports Strong Financial Year
The Swiss Life REF (CH) ESG Swiss Properties fund concluded its 2023/2024 financial year with notable growth and a dividend increase. The fund integrated 47 new properties, boosting rental income by 4.5% on a like-for-like basis. Despite this growth, the net asset value per unit remained stable at CHF 113.73. A distribution of CHF 2.70 was announced, reflecting a yield on distribution of 2.28% based on the exchange price.
A successful capital increase of CHF 610 million facilitated the acquisition of high-value properties while selling seven properties resulted in net capital gains of CHF 7.2 million.
