Swiss Prime Site: Manor Moves into Jelmoli Building

Swiss Prime Site has signed a long-term rental agreement with Manor Group for approximately 13,000 m² of retail space in the Jelmoli building. This move represents almost half of the available rental space, with handover set for 2027.

The Jelmoli building, located near Zurich's Bahnhofstrasse, is undergoing redevelopment to meet contemporary market demands. Manor will occupy the ground floor, basement, and first floor, creating a flagship store featuring well-known brands and a large restaurant area.

This project aims to boost Zurich's city center by attracting prominent tenants, thereby enhancing its appeal. The Jelmoli building will also feature 20,000 m² of office space on the upper floors, a wide range of restaurants, and a redesigned roof terrace.

Manor's new store will offer a diverse range of products and dining options, ensuring the building remains a popular destination. Existing tenants, such as fitness club Holmes Place, will continue operations during and after the redevelopment.

Swiss Prime Site CEO René Zahnd states that transforming the Jelmoli building into a vibrant hub will benefit Zurich and its surroundings. Manor, the largest department store group in Switzerland, is renowned for its extensive retail network and sustainable operations.
