SYNERGIE Prepares its Annual General Meeting of June 20, 2024
The company SYNERGIE announces the holding of its Combined General Meeting on Thursday June 20, 2024 at 10:30 a.m. The event will take place at the Hôtel Le Meurice, located at 228 rue de Rivoli, 75001 Paris.
The notice of meeting was published in the Bulletin of Obligatory Legal Announcements of May 13, 2024, bulletin number 58. This notice will be followed by the notice of meeting, in accordance with the regulations in force.
The documents required by article R.225-83 of the Commercial Code will be available to shareholders upon convening of the Meeting. In addition, the documents provided for by article R.22-10-23 of the Commercial Code may be consulted and downloaded from the company's website, www.synergie.com.
