Syngenta Group and The Nature Conservancy Extend Collaboration

Syngenta Group and The Nature Conservancy (TNC) have renewed their collaboration to link conservation goals with economic potential while addressing issues like deforestation and land degradation. This partnership, which began in 2018, will focus on scaling regenerative agriculture and improving resource efficiency.

The new three-year agreement aims to recover 300 thousand hectares of degraded land in Brazil's Cerrado region by 2026. In China, efforts will regenerate agricultural soils, while in the US, the focus lies on enhancing climate resilience of cropland.

By developing and launching two new projects in the US, Syngenta and TNC plan to improve soil health and promote habitat protection in major agricultural regions, supporting Syngenta's commitment to sustainable farming practices.
