SYNLAB Unveils Major Medical Centre in Florence

SYNLAB, a leading European provider of medical diagnostics, has expanded its investment in Italy with the opening of its largest medical centre, SYNLAB Manifattura Firenze, in Florence. This centre is a significant milestone in SYNLAB’s international growth, focusing on combining advanced diagnostics with patient-centric care.

Located within a prominent urban regeneration project, the facility spans over 4,000 square metres and is poised to serve over 200,000 patients annually. It features the latest diagnostic technologies, offering services from laboratory testing to specialist consultations. More than 80 healthcare professionals will support its operations, integrating with SYNLAB’s network in Tuscany.

The centre adheres to high environmental standards, reflecting SYNLAB's commitment to sustainability. This opening follows strategic movements in Italy, such as the acquisition of the Pavanello Group in Veneto, highlighting SYNLAB's ongoing dedication to enhancing healthcare access nationwide.
