Syquant Capital Crosses Thresholds at Exclusive Networks
On December 6, 2024, Syquant Capital declared that it had crossed the threshold of 5% of the capital and voting rights of EXCLUSIVE NETWORKS. This declaration was received by the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF), in accordance with Article L. 233-7 of the French Commercial Code.
As of December 5, 2024, Syquant Capital, acting on behalf of funds it manages, held 4,628,424 shares of EXCLUSIVE NETWORKS. This represents 5.05% of the company's capital and voting rights, based on a total of 91,670,286 shares.
This crossing results from an acquisition of shares on the market. Syquant Capital specifies that it acts independently of the companies SC Celandre and SC Albatros, which control it.
