Talan Holding launches a public takeover bid for Micropole
On September 9, 2024, Talan Holding published an information note regarding its public tender offer (OPA) for the ordinary shares of Micropole. The offer is presented by ODDO BHF and proposes a price of 3.12 euros per share.
The duration of the takeover bid will be set by the Financial Markets Authority (AMF) in accordance with its general regulations. The AMF has validated Talan Holding's information note with visa no. 24-392.
The legal, financial and accounting characteristics of Talan Holding have been filed with the AMF and are accessible to the public. These documents can be consulted on the websites of Talan Holding and the AMF, as well as at ODDO BHF.
Before the opening of the takeover bid, the AMF and Euronext will publish the details of the offer and its timetable. Talan Holding reminds that this offer does not constitute a public proposal and is subject to restrictions in certain jurisdictions.
