Talan succeeds in the takeover bid for Micropole with 94.23% of the capital
October 16, 2024 marked the closing of the friendly Public Purchase Offer (OPA) initiated by Talan on Micropole. This transaction, approved by the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF), allowed Talan to acquire 94.23% of the shares and 92.19% of the voting rights of Micropole. The OPA, which began on September 11, 2024, was successfully closed on October 15, 2024.
This strategic acquisition, ratified by the Board of Directors of Micropole on July 12, 2024, provides for a mandatory withdrawal procedure for Micropole shares at a price of 3.12 euros per share. The alliance between the two companies is intended to be a springboard towards enhanced growth, particularly in the field of Data.
