Talan's Public Purchase Offer for Micropole Authorized
Micropole Univers announced that the Competition Authority and the Ministry of Economy have authorized the public purchase offer (OPA) initiated by Talan Holding on its shares. This decision was formalized on August 20, 2024 for the Competition Authority and on August 21, 2024 for the Ministry of Economy.
The takeover bid is now only conditional on Talan obtaining at least 50.01% of the share capital or theoretical voting rights of Micropole. If the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF) declares the offer compliant, the opening and closing schedule will be announced on September 10, 2024.
Next key date for Micropole: September 24, 2024 with the publication of its half-year results.
